Terms of Service

These terms cover the websites The Prime Growth Co ("we," "us") builds and hosts for real estate agents ("you"). By requesting a preview or starting a plan, you agree to them.

Your free preview

We build a private preview of your website from public information about you. It's free and there's no obligation. Previews are hidden from search engines and expire after 30 days. Your preview includes 3 free edits with the AI website assistant.

Plans and billing

• Plans are $99 a month or $499 every 6 months, charged in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Before you're charged, you choose your plan and authorize the recurring charge.
• Your plan renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your billing page. Cancelling stops future charges, and your site stays up until the end of the period you've paid for.
• We don't refund partial periods, except where the law requires it.
• If we change our prices, we'll email you at least 30 days before your next renewal.

Priority Build

Instead of waiting for the free standard build (ready within 24 hours), you can pay a one-time $19 for a Priority Build, which delivers your preview in about 10 minutes. It doesn't start a subscription, and we don't save your card. If you launch your website, the $19 is credited in full toward your first payment. If you don't launch, the $19 isn't refunded, except where the law requires it.

Your website's content

• We write your site from your public profiles and what you tell us. Before your site goes live, you review it and confirm the details.
• You're responsible for making sure your site is accurate and follows the rules that apply to you, including your state's real estate advertising rules, your brokerage's policies, MLS rules and fair housing laws. Some brokerages require approval of agent websites; please check with yours.
• If something on your site needs to change, tell us and we'll update it.
• Edits through the AI website assistant are included in your plan within fair use, currently up to 150 requests a month. Custom designs and new kinds of pages aren't included.
• Photos on your site are created for your site. While your plan is active, you may use your site's text and photos for your real estate business. Your name, headshot and personal details remain yours, and you allow us to use them to run your site.

Leads

Inquiries from your site's contact form and chat are emailed to the address you give us, and we keep a copy so nothing is lost if a delivery fails. We can't promise a particular number of leads or any business result.

Web addresses

If we register a web address (domain) for your site, it's registered and held by us and included in your plan while it's active. If you cancel, the address stays registered to us until its current registration year ends. If you'd like to take it with you, we'll transfer it to the registrar of your choice for a one-time $25 fee.

Examples

We may show your site as an example of our work, with your name and other identifying details changed.

Acceptable use

Don't use your site for anything unlawful, misleading or discriminatory. We may remove content or suspend a site that breaks the law or these terms.

Service and liability

We work to keep your site fast and online, but we can't guarantee it will never be interrupted. The service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Ending the service

If a payment fails and isn't resolved, or you cancel, your site goes offline at the end of your paid period. We may also end the service if these terms are broken.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. Significant changes will be emailed to customers before they take effect.
