The Prime Growth Co ("we," "us") builds and hosts websites for real estate agents. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- When you request a preview: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and the links you send us about yourself.
- From the links you send and public sources: publicly available professional information about you, such as your bio, service areas, license details and headshot, found on pages that allow it or through web search, which we use to build your website.
- When you launch your site: the details you confirm, your headshot if you upload one, the web address you'd like, and any changes you ask for.
- When you become a customer: your billing details are collected and stored by our payment processor, Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number.
- On the agent websites we host: when a visitor fills out a contact form or the website chat, we collect what they enter (for example name, email, phone and what they're looking for) and deliver it to the agent whose site it is.
- Basic technical information: to stop spam and abuse, we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of visitors' IP addresses rather than the addresses themselves. For preview links, we record when a preview is opened.
How we use it
- To build your website preview, contact you about it, and run your website if you become a customer.
- To deliver inquiries from your website's visitors to you.
- To process payments, send account notices, and provide support.
- To keep our services secure and prevent spam.
We don't sell personal information, and we don't use visitor inquiries for our own marketing.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run our business, and they only receive what they need to do their job:
- Cloudflare hosts our websites and stores site data, and sends our notification emails.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Anthropic (the maker of Claude) writes your website's text from the public information about you and the links you send us.
- Google generates the photos for your website. Only a description of your area is sent, never personal information.
- Google Workspace handles our business email.
Inquiries submitted on an agent's website are shared with that agent. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep preview requests and customer records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting requirements. Inquiries from your website's visitors are kept so they can be delivered to you and so nothing is lost if a delivery fails. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email rasmus@theprimegrowth.co and we'll respond promptly.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
